Brooklyn Tub Laundromat

Brooklyn Tub Laundromat was a small business in Brooklyn, Maryland whose owner asked me to design a logo and website. The client needed the three areas of her business to feature in the logo: laundering, ironing, and folding. The color scheme was inspired by vintage-style laundry ticking.

The website itself was a simple, three-page WordPress site. The three service areas of Brooklyn Tub became the three columns of my website design. At the top, I created the sliding header based on the slogan, “Sorting your life one load at a time, from grubby to great!” I designed the original icons and I styled and took the photographs, employing the same color scheme as the logo.
